Phenomenal service from Tyler. Tyler is friendly and personable. Had a 5pm tow scheduled to a car dealership and he texted me to say he may be a few minutes late due to traffic. I think maybe he arrived around 5:04pm. Only 4 minutes over and he sent a text anyway! Don't hesitate to call these guys.
After a horrible experience with Triple A and Handy's Auto Repair in Burlington VT, I ended up calling Central Towing and Transport, and they had my car going in less than a minute! They got to me in 15 minutes during rush hour, and did what the before mentioned services could not.Central Towing and Transport could not have been kinder, they are professional and very good at what they do. I had the misfortune of a flat tire. One 24 hour place I called didn't answer their phone. The next said their driver hadn't shown up. Central Service answered promptly and was very helpful - even suggesting a local business to be able to tow my car to in order to have the tire replaced.
