I was very happy with this company. The office staff responded quickly to telephone inquiries, explained who they were, where they were located, what they charged for their service, what their service included. They scheduled the appointment for a specific time, and they actually appeared early for the appointment (and notified me ahead of time that they would be arriving early). The two guys (Luke and Rob) arrived in a well-maintained company truck with a very complete set of tools and equipment. Tyler cleaned and serviced our propane fireplace and gave us a good explanation of what was needed. He was efficient, personable and courteous and got the unit working perfectly. We'll use Brickliners for service in the future and would be happy to have Tyler do the work again.

Such a great experience! Super easy to work with, fair pricing, and above all really trustworthy. Another chimney company tried to tell us we needed way more work than was actually necessary, but Brad at Brickliners was honest and upfront about what really needed to be done. They saved us a ton of money and gave us peace of mind. Couldn’t recommend them more!
