I had an appointment early in the day. Was greeted cordially and taken in on time. Technician and Dr Dufour were professional.
I have used this practice for 17 years and can recommend it highly

I was told it would be an hour for my glasses to be serviced. After 80 minutes I checked with desk person who said she didn’t know what was happening as he/she had been away from desk. Another front desk person graciously called the repair tech, who came out and said she had come out before and said my name with no answer.i told her I was hard of hearing .I had mentioned I was hard of hearing when I checked in. It was not the most welcoming experience.
Surely I am not the only hard of hearing person in the practice.

Excellent service and thorough examinations.

Always feel well cared for. Happy with my exam and the way Dr went over everything. Downside was I was waiting in the exam room 26 minutes. Felt a little forgotten.

You all were excellent as always . I do enjoy the visits.

I found White River Family Eye Care on line during a search for what I believe to be an issue I had with my eyesight.
After four exams with other Dr at other facilities, and not one of the Dr listening to what my concerns were. Basically the other look at me like I was from Mars.
Heather's Bio online was what I was looking for and she did not disappoint.
I had one of the most thorough exams I've ever had in my 77 years.
She fitted me with special glasses, that contain a prism, my eyes were not lined up and my vision was terrible, even with eyewear.
I can not wait to get my new glasses. She made a pair with their equipment, had me walk around, look outside.
It's a whole new world.
I could see evenly for the first time.
I am so happy with the choice of frames to chose from, I had a hard time choosing just one pair.
The front of house staff was great.
All around I would highly recommend
