Wish I could give more than 5 stars- In an economy of people looking to lie to you and rip you off, Jim actually knows the real way to handle problems at the root cause without absurd extra costs. I spent weeks sifting through options to fix my furnace and no one would do it without replacing it for many thousands of dollars. Jim fixed it in one afternoon for a tiny fraction of that. Great service, great attitude, great work. As it once was, so Jim still is.

Wow, what amazing service and at a very reasonable rate! When I called him today, he answered the call. In visiting with Jim I learned that he runs the entire business on his own. I appreciate that because he is an experienced, highly knowledgeable and professional plumber! I was happily shocked that he made time to come by the house within about an hour of me calling him in the late afternoon. Jim found the leak when even a city inspector couldn't. Jim had the leak found and fixed within 15 minutes tops. Jim has what I call Vermont character whereby I feel like he's a new friend because he's so personable! Joe was outstanding. He made himself available on short notice, did a great job resolving our problem, and explained how we could help prevent future occurrences and additional steps we could take if we had the same issue in the future.
