I had them install a new carpet and wood looselay flooring. Product is very good and price is fine but, installation...don't hold your breath. I had to do the finish work by re-installing the baseboards that he removed. Then after a year, give or take, I had a roll in the carpet, so I called and spoke with them about fixing-never came. Since then I have called and left a message 2 or 3 times, no return call. Finally, a few months ago I caught up to him in person at his shop, gave him all the info and still nothing. I know it's not easy in southern VT, but do yourself a favor, find someone else.

Okay. I have to be fair and acknowledge that customer service and responsiveness are not a hallmark of Southern Vermont culture. So, I can't be too mad about getting ignored because you really can't get ghosted by someone that you never actually met. And here we are. We've called and left messages three times, stopped by, and messaged them on Yelp throughout the last three months. Nothing. I'm starting to wonder if anyone actually works here or if it's a front for the Western Mass Mafia. I generally don't review places that I haven't experienced, but it's hard to have an experience when they won't even return a phone call. I'm giving them two stars instead of one because maybe there's something going on that I don't know about (illness, financial hardship, being overwhelmed, mafia stuff, etc). In the meantime, we'll try one of the other places in the region.
