Dustin helped us get our standby generator up and running. He had to deal with supply chain and technical support issues because the company that manufactured the generator, Milbank, no longer makes or supports generators. He did a service call to our house when there were still fallen trees across our road, it hadn’t yet been plowed and it was after dark. When he found out that the electric heater was my only source of heat, and he was BOOKED OUT super busy going into winter, he made it a point to come to my house after a looooong day after hours to come and help my family. He also recommended websites to find replacement parts and stayed until I found the right ones and the second I received them had a guy come right over. I will forever be in this families debt because my family was able to keep warm this winter because of him. Everyone else turned me down saying they weren't accepting new clients or giving me dates in february (it was September in VERMONT).
