Edit: went from five down to four stars because the minimum prebuy amount is 350 gallons. I have a small house and don't need that much, so I can't lock in a lower rate by prebuying for the winter unless I buy way more than I need. If they supported folks with smaller homes by dropping the minimum prebuy to 250 or 275 gallons, I would happily bump them back up to five stars“
