Jay picked up at 9:30pm on Friday and helped me debug a boiler that was locking out. Turned out to be a frozen screen on intake pipe. We slept well knowing the problem was solved. Thanks again Jay! Alex

I hired Jeffers & Sons for an annual boiler service. I was scheduled for a Wednesday and the Saturday prior, came home to a cold house due to an unknown failure of the boiler. I reached out Amanda to make her aware of the issue and she put the tech, Jay directly in contact with me to get pertinent information which made his scheduled visit, efficient and effective! Jay was prepared, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. All the things you look for in a contractor! I will continue to recommend Jeffers and Sons to my friends and clients!
