I do not recommend hiring Allen. He came to look at our leaking boiler, charged us $1030 to replace a few valves, and left with the unit still leaking. It turns out we needed a full replacement when someone else came to assess the following week, so almost none of what he charged us for could be used in that replacement. He was at our home for an hour and 40 min and charged us for 3hrs of labor time, a total of $675 in labor. He stated that he started the clock from the time he left his residence and included the time he spent stopping to pick up parts, all at his hourly $225 labor rate.

Stated he "does not do price qoates" highly over charged us on a bathroom sink installation in which he did not properly install the sink and did not attach it to a stud and within a week later came crashing off the wall. Then had complete disregard for fixing it as we had already paid him so we were left with a mess to fix ourselves. He also never shows when he says he is coming and has poor work ethic. I would not recommend using him if he offered free services at this point...

Allen and team have come to my rescue on multiple occasions for emergency repairs. Great communication, timely, and generally pleasant people to be around.Recently they came to replace my water main valve as it had sprung a leak. If the city was on time to turn off the water then it would've been a quick in and out. Once the came, it took them ten minutes to repair the faulty pipe.I will keep doing business with Allen and team as they are honest and hardworking people.Services: Plumbing pipe repair

Well all I can say is the man is great he gave his honest opinion and he said it would be better to get a new furnace than repair this one and my family had a discussion we agreed that it should be replaced and by Allen and his son and they are great my husband knew Allen for years u people who say he doesn’t have communication or whatever that’s cause ur probably the problemServices: Water heater installation

My kitchen sink and bathroom toilet were leaking. I was charged $125 for 15 minutes of his time just to be told that I had a crack in my toilet and needed to buy a new one. He tightened a connection on the kitchen sink as well and said it was fixed. Two days later, my kitchen sink is leaking again...but worse. I called him and he said he could come back for $175 and use a "fancy" drain cleaner. $300 for something that should have been fixed the FIRST TIME. The business card says he is a MASTER PLUMBER....I will not be taken advantage of...spread the word.

Allen will tell you that he will come over the next day over and over and over again. I've been waiting for this guy for 2 weeks now. Every day he says "I will be over tomorrow". I have no heat and I'm lucky if he answers his phone. His communication skills are non existent. I wish he wouldn't have told me that he would take the job, that way I could have found someone else. I would have hated him 0 stars but I couldn't.

I have no heat and I'm lucky if he answers his phone. His communication skills are non existent. I wish he wouldn't have told me that he would take the job, that way I could have found someone else. I would have hated him 0 stars but I couldn't.
