Stayed here last weekend. Service is superior! Staff is fantastic. Carol at reception has been there through it all and is absolutely the sweetest! Their spa is top notch for sure.. pay the extra 20 for a day pass to the men's or women's lounge if you just want a relaxing atmosphere with no kids . The rooms very very nice and spacious.. hot tub with waterfall was better then a massage . It is a very well located hotel, the mountain is less than 10 minutes away but the Service is not so friendly, the night shift is the best, the food needs to improve, it does not have many options, I can't believe it doesn't have a simple steak ?Rooms: Super old switches need to be updatedNearby activities: It is super located just to update everyone is nearby between 5 and 10 minutesFood & drinks: There should be a greater variety of food and alcohol whiskey from other Macalan brands, for example commercial brands.Noteworthy details: Spa very good outdoor jacuzzi a unique experience and location 10/10

Overall loved our stay. Staff at front desk is not really welcoming... Really basic interaction and neutral. Fortunately there was a really friendly individual opening the door at the entrance. Staff at the restaurant was really friendly. We appreciated the view at breakfast. Pretty expensive breakfast but the quality was there. Rooms were spacious and bed was very comfy but there was a little few things that needed update. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was pealing and the calking on the bath was full of mold... Somebody must have dropped water on the TV set because the wood was all rippled. Sound insulation could be a lot better as we could hear pretty much...read full review
