Stowe Yoga Center

Nestled in Moscow just south of Stowe, this wonderful, quiet sanctuary sits in a reconstructed barn at the mouth of the village. The walk up to the studio is lovely, and the studio and massage room is clean and spacious, with wonderful light. I had an hour of deep tissue with energy work and sound healing, and I was refreshed and energized at the end of the treatment. The office is a lovely space, connecting to the Yoga Center which is a private, carpeted studio attached to the treatment room.

Kate is an incredible massage therapist. She explains her rationale for why she works on certain areas which is so helpful. Also, her yoga classes are a perfect blend of strength building and stretching in a peaceful,restorative setting.
