I rarely give any service provider a 5 star review, after years in customer service there is always something we could have done to improve the level of service. That was not the case with a recent service for my RV that Mike provided. We had an issue with a slide-out that was going to require replacing hardware and motors on both sides of the slide, replacing a cooler that was beginning to fail and some smaller maintenance issues. The issue was the amount of time that we were going to be in the South Hero area. We live full time on our rig and were traveling to a special family function in Cooperstown NY. Super nice guy. Very knowledgeable . We were having problems with our front jacks , and he helped us get back on the road. He drove over an hour to get to us. Got us hooked up and back on the road. Thank you again.

Long story here:
Getting ready to pack up on a Friday night to pull out on a Saturday morning, putting our sides in early to prevent rain or condensation from getting on them since we had everything packed up. Went to close the major slide (Kitchen, dining table slide) wife pressed the button slide moved an inch and I heard fluid spray, ran outside to find the ground covered in hydraulic fluid, the slide ram had a failure, not sure what. Please note this is around 7PM.
