We were traveling Sunday morning in South Hero, VT and blew the bearings on a wheel on our Cougar 5th wheel. After hours of looking for a mechanic to help on a Sunday, we came across Mike with Benchmark RV. He told us he would have to get the parts first thing Monday and would be over to fix us up. He was traveling nearby and stopped to check out the issue Sunday night to make sure he got the right parts. We had to boondock in a vacant lot for the night and he offered us his generator and anything else we might need to get through the night.Monday morning he went out to get the parts and none were to be had locally, so he drove for hours to get what he needed. Our Lift System on our Coleman pop up camper refused to lift the camper completely. Then it did not want to crank up at all.We were desperate for help and bigger dealers were too busy to be bothered. Mike Poirier at Benchmark called us back that evening and gave us instructions that helped us solve our problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.He let us know that he would come to fix it at our home if we could not do it. We are so grateful for his help.
