They take extra precautions to ensure a hygienic and sanitary environment. Setting an appointment makes the experience easy and fast! I had an absolutely amazing time at the salon. I regularly come to Tropical Nails and the staff is very friendly. Wonderful experience today, clean shop, I got a gel french tip.

The salon is always clean and comfortable, and the techs are friendly and do fantastic work. They are flexible with accommodating changes or rescheduling. The customer service in the place is awesome. A very positive experience at Tropical Nails! They do a fantastic job at nails and manicures.

**updated review below**1 star- Clean environment & Friendly staff, quick- but too quick. Got a pedicure today and gel nails with tips. The polish on my toes is an absolute mess. Lumpy and not smooth at all. My nails?! Omg the shape is horrendous!! No where near natural looking and sooo thick!! I’m going on a cruise in 2 days and I look freaking ridiculous. I’ll never go here again. Not even sure what the lady’s name was who did them- she was very nice. But the job done was terrible. Been sitting in my car crying since I got out and actually looked closer at everything. No idea what the hell im going to do now. $100 for this mess?!!!**UPDATE!!** 4.5 stars!!I messaged...read full review
