My experience at The Soma Detoxx Spa was lovely. The space has great energy. Cathie makes sure that you get an amazing one-on-one experience, from the moment you walk in the door. My daughter and I did the Ion Cleanse Detox Foot Bash. It was a fun bonding time comparing how differently our waters looked as the foot bath worked through it's process. Cathie explained the science along the way when we had questions. I would highly recommend visiting The Soma.

I visited here in February 2022. I found the facility clean and inviting. I did not use the sauna, which would have best served my needs. I was cajoled by a friend to try the ionic foot soak. There is NO EVIDNCE BASED RESEARCH that this is able to remove "toxins" from your body. A warm foot soak can be beneficial offering relaxation, softening skin, and so forth; but any further claims made are not true. The salt cabin was cold, did not appear to even be working. I am familiar with salt rooms; this was a disappointment. I have delayed writing a review as I really only like to promote great experiences. Over one year later and I am still regretting this sacrifice of time and money.

I had scheduled an appointment Monday for today, Tuesday. I checked the hours of the spa, which stated they were closed today. I tried to call numerous times this morning to confirm. No answer. I just received a call from someone at the spa asking if I was close by. I then proceeded to tell them their hours on the site say they're closed. She proceeded to ask me if I could make it there quickly and if not, she was keeping my money. Never will I be going back. Very disappointed with her rude customer service.
