They sell a very high-quality product, and Robin does a terrific job of helping out customers with more specific needs. Although there are occasionally some supply inventory glitches to be fixed, they have always been helpful and quality.

When the National Chimney Supply first opened shop, we were the third company to set up an account, and we've been with the NCS since the late 1970s.
