Tim and Luke had to do some detecting to figure out what was going wrong with my three way switch - it wasn’t only the switch but two junction boxes with loose caps on the wires. A relief to know it’s fixed. This was after I’d called just a few days ago and got on a waiting list for their afternoon more urgent calls and I really appreciate how soon they were able to come and how diligently they worked out the problem.

They came to give us a quote on installing a split. They explained thoroughly what it would mean to our condo and we decided against it The two men who came couldn’t have been more helpful or considerate.
