We have been with 800 response for over 15 years and love it. It not only makes it easy for people to remember our phone number but it lets me hear the calls to use for training purposes, and see the homeowner information of the people calling. I get to follow up with direct mail because I have all of their information when they call from a land line. I highly recommend this service. Our account rep Mariann is fantastic.
