Rahn is extremely professional, welcoming, and explains everything in detail for a first time floater, to shake any nerves you might have! I found my first float to be super relaxing and healing for my mind and body. The 90 minutes went by super fast and I was comfortable the entire duration. I highly recommend Satori and will certainly be returning to the friendly and clean atmosphere!

I live across the country and I bought a gift card online for my sister. She said she never received it (I used the wrong email). I called, left a message and received a text minutes later followed by the emails with the gift card. I feel compelled to write a review for excellent customer service. I hope she likes the float, floating is amazing and everyone should try it.

First time visitor of the spa. The space was quiet and very clean. The staff was attentive and respectful. I was able to relax well in both the sound/vibration room and float tank. I loved letting life’s stressors go while there! Would definitely visit again.
