But apart from that, I had a great experience. The salon is large and very nice, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and my stylist, James, was fantastic! “From the outside it looks a little like you're entering a block of offices or a small strip mall but the inside of the establishment is clean and professional looking. There is a small waiting room just inside the door and then a larger space for the electrolysis itself (behind a locked door so there aren't any privacy concerns). Michelle is professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable throughout the process.“
