I called with an issue with my iPhone in the morning, saw him that afternoon and after about 30 minutes left with my problem solved, as well as some info on a battery issue with my husband’s phone and advice on what to do about my home printer. All for a very reasonable price. In addition, he saw my husband the next afternoon to help with his email and didn’t charge him for his help. Randy is accommodating, experienced and helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He’s going to be our go-to guy from now on. Laurie

Let's face it, technology is wonderful until it isn't. And then we call Randy! We struggled horribly through IT problems at my workplace before we met Randy.
