It has been almost a year since my last visit to Sport Clips. The last time there the stylist used some kind of spray on my hair. The haircut looked fine. After washing my hair the next day it became obvious what a lousy job I paid for. The hair was above the ear on one side and nearly 1/2 inch over the ear on the other side. Very obviously lopsided. You sent me a request for a review, so here it is. Otherwise I would have remained quiet and simply avoided future visits.

Been in twice with my son and have left both times completely baffled at the quality of work. Chris (older lady) was the barber on both occasions unfortunately. The first experience my son left looking like lord farquad I got home and fixed it his hair the best I could. this almost happened at our most recent experience with this lady, but I got up twice as she was trying to uncape my son to let her know that that wasn’t even close to what I had asked for or the pictures I had shown her. She had to get help from another barber in the shop to get an explanation of what she needed to do and when she finished, his hair was very choppy and not properly trimmed still. I left there and scheduled an appointment with an actual barbershop to get his hair fixed.

Second time in a row it’s says I’m up in 12 minutes. Show up to the store in 10 minutes just to see I have a 16 minute wait. The reason? “You weren’t here so the stylist took someone else”. Absolute. Trash.

Faith, she's great with the cut & being very talkative about any subject while being funny. GREATT personality + stylist while making me see again( hair was long ) & giving me a cut I wanted for the 2nd time ?. I've been there many times & plan on coming again ?
