This place is amazing! Jill is wonderful with my daughter. Ayla loves her FLYoga classes and has also participated in 1:1 sessions, GLOga (glow in the dark yoga), paint and yoga, and will be attending FLYoga Camp and the Sole Shine workshops this summer! What an opportunity for our community and our children! There is nothing like this around here! It’s not just FUN, it teaches kids to self-regulate, and to know their bodies from the inside out…not to mention stretching and being flexible is so good for them! I’m 100% a FAN! I truly hope Mindful Money can be successful here in Rutland, VT!✅ IT OUT‼️

Love love love that something like this has come to Rutland, VT! This is such a special place people here don't realize what they have at their fingertips. Such a unique exercise and strengthening experience for kids (and adults too)! Gorgeous space, Jill the owner is such a wonderful teacher. Tell your friends!! They're even doing a girls empowerment workshop starting this week. Zero other opportunities like this around I hope they can get visitors from surrounding areas to make this place thrive like it should be. Just awesome!!
