Had a bad reaction to a service at this spa. Tried to get a refund for remaining money I had to pay upfront, but they refused to refund me. The people who answer the phone are so rude and don't seem to know anything regarding the skincare business run out of this dentist office run from the upstairs. I had called them several times ,but they gave me the run around that I had the first service and I needed to come back at a particular time or it would not work. They did not know what they were talking about and refused to make me a new appointment. I had no choice but to contact my credit card company. They now are claiming I can't get a refund. Do not trust these people!
