Brought our mower in for a warranty repair that was supposed to take 4 weeks. 9 weeks later we called for any status update and it had been completed 2 days prior with no call. We then get there to pick it up and there is a charge for work that they never called to authorize. They lost the original key to our mower. We have been asked not to return due to our refusal to pay for unauthorized work. They do not call back when you leave messages. They cuss at their customers and throw paperwork. Real business professionals here.

Great place to get all your outside needs,friendly staff,they also have a good selection of outside power equipment,and the Best wood pellets that you can buy.I would recommend to all.Stop by TODAY,you will be glad you did.

They are great. Wonderful customer service. I went in there with a old chainsaw that needed a special piece the guy at the front counter who does the cash register helped me work on my saw right there in the store for an hour. I highly recommend them.
