Gary arrived promptly, assessed the sorry state of my couch (which had been home base for my black Labradoodle for 15 years), and assured me he could make it look new again. And WOW! The transformation was AMAZING! In the photos, you can see the before and after pics of one of the worst stains, now completely gone.
