Our four-year-old boxer always has a great time at the Crate Escape. It is a well run organization and they all take amazing care of our pup. Even if an issue arises, the staff are professional and accommodating. Our dog pulls on the leash as we arrive and bolts inside every time. On our way home, he curls up and naps, exhausted from the day of fun and attention.
We trust the Crate Escape with our dog every time we are out of time, and he is always well taken care of. Thank you!

Our dog, Bentley, has been going to The Crate Escape for years and we love them! In fact, we travel almost an hour to bring him there for boarding a couple weeks/year because the staff always remembers him and they genuinely get excited to see him. Bentley is a character and I get anxious being away from him, so this means the world to us!
During our summer vacation this year, our boy got really sick. To be clear, this wasn’t anything that they or we could have prevented, but there aren’t enough kind words to explain how compassionate, proactive, and incredibly thoughtful everyone at Crate Escape was during this really stressful time.

My 9 year old pittie loves crate escape! He comes every week for daycare and is always so happy to be dropped off. All of the staff are always very sweet to him and I love seeing the photos they post to facebook at the end of the day. Very grateful to have this in Richmond!
