I got an absolutely horrible haircut, definitely the worst one I've ever received. My layers were not blended at all. The stylist was very opinionated and rude. I would never go back. Save your hair and mental health and never go here.

Jason is amazing. I have high expectations for my hair and he did not disappoint. Not only did he dye my hair to literally the exact shade of strawberry blonde that I’d envisioned, he was very polite and professional throughout the whole process. He also was flexible with scheduling. I trust Jason with all my future color/cuts.

I can't recommend Bridge Street Hair Salon enough! I have been going there almost 3 years. my hair has never been this healthy. I go to Denise the owner. she highlights and cuts my hair- the highlights are amazing and VERY natural! Recently I needed a change, so I added some pink to my hair- she put it in as highlights and on the underneath so that when it starts to grow out- I won't have this pink line on the top of my head! and you can still see the pink as my hair has a layer in the back so you see pink intermixed with my light brown hair. she did not need to bleach the areas where she put the pink in- she know what she is doing! And to top it all off! she is VERY reasonably priced! Love ya DENISE!

I was very underwhelmed with my experience at Bridge St Hair. I went in to get a short pixie cut and had a reference picture to show my hair stylist. She immediately needed to consult another employee on how to cut my hair. Throughout the haircut she had to stop cutting to get help from the other employee. It seemed like she had very little experience, and wasn't very confident in her work, which made me very nervous. I ended up having to fix the cut myself at home. I left with two sides of my hair different in length, and I also had some long pieces in the back that were my original hair length that my husband had to help me cut off. I was overall disappointed in the service I received. I wish the stylist would have just been honest and said she wasn't sure what she was doing so I could have made the decision to let my hair be a teaching opportunity for her, or gone else were. I hope others have better experiences than I did because it seems like such a nice place.Service: Haircut

This place is exceptional!!!! Heather and jason are dynamite!!! They take the time to really listen. They treat you like they’ve known you forever. They went above and beyond for us. My son who is turning 25 loves his long beautiful hair but is starting to struggle with a receding hair line that is very upsetting to him. Both Heather and jason took the time to listen,understand,relate and give much appreciated advice. Heather was so sweet telling my son she thought he was very handsome and had a sweet soul no matter what even giving me a hug? my sons birthday is on the 20th and my goal is to try to make him feel as wonderful as I believe he is. He struggles with anxiety and hadn’t been to the hairdressers in a good 15 years. Heather right away made him feel completely comfortable,listened to and at peace. Prices are outstanding!!!! We live in burlington and finding an affordable place is almost impossible!!! For the service and friendship Heather and jason provide you can not beat them anywhere!!! We will certainly return and spread the word about this wonderful salon. Thank you so much Heather and jason you are such blessings!!!!!Service: Hairstyling
