“Seth and his team at Inland Building did an exceptional job restoring our 1790s farmhouse. He seamlessly blended historic preservation with modern upgrades—adding insulation, new windows, and energy-efficient systems, along with thoughtful luxuries like heated floors, steam showers, and beautiful window nooks. In the process, he actually revealed and enhanced the home’s original charm, including 300+ year-old floorboards hidden beneath later flooring.

By removing low ceilings and select walls, Seth exposed the original post-and-beam structure, transforming the space into something both authentic and stunning. He worked with local craftspeople and even used crushed walnut shells to restore the original beams. Materials from an old shed were repurposed into a gorgeous mantel, custom stairs, and bathroom cabinetry—details that truly make the home special.
