Seth and his team at Inland Building did an exceptional job restoring our 1790s farmhouse. We started the project while living in Vancouver, and from the outset Seth proved to be not only a talented builder, but also a gifted designer with a true passion for uncovering the original character of a home.

He seamlessly blended historic preservation with modern upgrades—adding insulation, new windows, and energy-efficient systems, along with thoughtful luxuries like heated floors, steam showers, and beautiful window nooks. In the process, he actually revealed and enhanced the home’s original charm, including 300+ year-old floorboards hidden beneath later flooring.
