While the staff was well intentioned in their efforts to repair a generator, the lack of parts inventory, plus having conflicting priorities, meant that multiple trips -- over 2+ months -- were necessary before the generator was repaired. Even though it was a lack of parts inventory, they attempted to charge for the multiple visits (travel expenses). That required unpleasant negotiation. You may wish to find an alternative vendor.
