Recently updated. Great machines. Free weight room. Upstairs area for various things, like punching bags, yoga, jump rope. Two nice racquetball rooms on main level. Locker rooms with showers. Sauna. You can buy a 24 hour access card. What's not to like!!!

Great gym old school vibez, respectful people and staff. Weights, boxing bags, Sona, racket ball lots if things to choose from. No better time then now to start your fittness journey

I am the trainer on staff there ! 3o years plus of fitness training ! I am available all day for new challenging workouts ! I love working at Kingdom because of the people and 24 hour access ! It's very clean
