I have been getting body work from Melissa for years and cannot put into words how important she is to my well being. I work my body hard, running, biking, skiing and performing everyday chores around the house. Melissa allows me to keep doing the things I love by working out the toxins and healing my sore, tired muscles. I go every month, but had to cancel a recent appointment, and I noticed the difference in a big way. I would recommend Melissa to anyone who wants to proactively take care of their mind and body, she truly is a miracle worker when it comes to massage therapy. I have had way more than the “regular amount” of bodywork, however you want to define that, over the last 30 years and saw Melissa for an especially difficult (for me at least) and painful case of thoracic outlet syndrome. Not only did Melissa accurately diagnose the condition with a thorough evaluation, but then gave me more relief than I have felt in MONTHS, in 90 minutes of bodywork. Of course there is a ton of work for me to do on my own, but Melissa also guided me in starting up that work as well. I cannot wait to go back and cannot recommend her highly enough; like TEN stars!
