Dan and his team are great to work with. They are professional, respectful of our space, great communicators, patient, and tidy. We just completed our second project with them. Their work is high quality with beautiful results.
We have just completed our second project with Clar Construction. We have found Dan and his team to be very thorough and very professional. Communication is strong throughout the project. When there is an issue, the folks at Clar Construction are accountable and responsive. We absolutely would recommend Clar Construction for projects big and small (ours have been on the larger side.)
Dan and his crew were exceptional! Our 1850s house underwent major renovations to the kitchen, bathroom, mud room, sun room, and dining area, plus rewiring and redoing plumbing as needed, and replacing almost all the windows and the entire roof. The basement, once a scary dungeon, is now a wonderfully insulated clean space. Of course there were many quirks with an old building like this, but Dan was very transparent about the extra cost and build time incurred.
