I just love the Foot Soakes. Very relaxing atmosphere. The owners are fabulous people. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything to you. I highly recommend the Vermont Salt Cave.

Christine welcomed us so warmly! We started with the hands and feet detox followed by our personalized herbal hot foot spa by masterful Tasha - so delightful and relaxing. Then Christine took us into the salt cave - describing the beneficial qualities of the salt minerals. So so recommend this really valuable experience - thank you ??

I'm looking for "staycation" options when I'm in Vermont. Today we tried the Salt Cave in Montgomery Center, VT. It was FANTASTIC! great facility and the staff was amazing. Started in the Hand and Foot Spa room, and finished with a 45 minute session in the salt cave. It was a great experience, and I'm looking forward to going here again!

The Vermont Salt Cave Spa & Halotherapy Center is a contemporary wellness center built around a man-made salt cave composed entirely from Polish pink rock salt and located in the foothills of Jay Peak in Northern Vermont. It is the only salt cave located in a classic barn in the USA. A variety of healing modalities are available including massage, hand and foot detox, infra-red sauna, reflexology, Reiki and more.
