I went to Lisa at Ultimate Fitness because another local groomer referred me. I went I. With back pain, mainly sciatica issues. I was hesitant, but I went because of the raving review she had. I got a massage and fascia release. The next day I was 75% better, and the day after the rest of my pain was gone. I’ve been back multiple times since and got my partner in on it also. If you do any form of labor that’s rough on your body I highly recommend you check her out! I will continue to come back 100%!

This is one of the best gyms in the area. Everything is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I have worked out in many gyms over the last 20+ years and would rate this gym as one of my favorites.
