“Yesterday I was at the Express Care in Middlebury. I was greeted by friendly & courteous staff and luckily they were not too busy so I didn’t have to wait. I was under the care of Dr. Kniffin. I appreciated his reassuring bedside manner. He took time to explain all the options for my care & answered any questions I had without rushing. Overall a very good experience & I would recommend this facility if in need.“
