They are always helpful and get you in and out pretty quickly without feeling too rushed. Even though Google says they are open til 7pm, they actually close at 6:30pm. The accurate hours are on the website.

I was visiting from out of state and called this urgent express care office. They were so nice because they were about to close in less than 20 mins and made sure I was seen and cared for regarding my Tick Bite. I left feeling that I received excellent care and was provided with the necessary medication for my bite.

I went to Porter express care recently for an ankle injury. When I called I was told they were busy and would get me in ASAP. Only had to wait about 5 minutes before I was brought into a room. Was quickly taken for X-rays and seen by Kathryn Zoll PA-C who was so kind and helpful. I was there maybe 45 minutes total despite how busy they seemed. Everyone there from the nurse that checked me in, the nurses that came in to wrap my foot, the X-ray technician and the women at the front desk that took my phone call and got me in and discharged me were all so very kind and efficient.
