Yesterday I was at the Express Care in Middlebury. I was greeted by friendly & courteous staff and luckily they were not too busy so I didn’t have to wait. I was under the care of Dr. Kniffin. I appreciated his reassuring bedside manner. He took time to explain all the options for my care & answered any questions I had without rushing. Overall a very good experience & I would recommend this facility if in need.

From the front desk staff, to the medical assistants, to the providers, everyone here is so kind and professional. Everyone who works here is a tribute to their profession. Being a veteran, I usually have anxiety going places. Because of the staff I feel comfortable going here. They treat you like they would their own kin. I highly recommend this place.
