Josh and Rich have provided services to my in-laws in Cabot, VT for several years. We were opening the home for the season late yesterday (Friday) afternoon, and had a catastrophic failure on an old fitting. We shut everything down and had water all over the basement. We left a voicemail for Josh, who was actually at the airport about to leave for vacation. He immediately called Rich to come and help us out. He was there within 30 minutes of calling. Rich was there for a while and replaced several old fittings. Onion River Well & Spring Service went above and beyond in responding to our situation and we would highly recommend them.

I called on a Friday about an ongoing water issue, Josh called me back that evening and was at my house Monday morning! They looked everything over and determined the pump was on its way out, left to get some parts, and a couple hours later was back and pulling the old and replacing with a new one. They found another issue when that was replaced and were back not next month or week, but NEXT DAY to address the issue! Josh and his dad were great to work with, can't recommend them enough!

Our well pump stopped running. Called late in the day and they were at the house the next morning. Turned out to be the 40 year old pump control switch. They had the part on hand and it was an easy fix. Super happy with Josh and his father. Won't hesitate to use them again.
