I want to thank Darren and the team at Nina's. I brought my fiances ring in for service amd a diamond upgrade. Due to a sickness in house they had to send my ring out to be serviced with the expectation it would be back by Christmas. Unfortunately due to weather and issues the ring did not arrive by Christmas which was disappointing, but the communication from Darren helped keep me calm. The ring arrived one day late on Friday and even know the store was closed, Darren came in and got my ring together and delivered it to me 30 minutes away. I have purchased numerous pieces over the last 40 years. My first purchase was when I was 17 and I received a check from my grandparents to buy myself something nice. I purchased a tear drop ruby ring, in my 20s I purchased a beautiful sapphire ring, my parents bought me a couple of nice pieces in my 20’s. When I got engaged my husband bought my 3 stone Diamond ring from them. I later upgraded it. I just recently purchased an amazingly beautiful Diamond tennis bracelet. I can honestly say that everything I have ever purchased has been beautiful. Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication.
