Top notch responsiveness and expertise! Our insert blower was not working and another local company were not able to resolve the issue. I called Friends of the Sun and spoke to Nate. He quickly zeroed in on the likely issue and sent a team member to our house. The issue was resolved in one visit! I'll be recommending Friends of the Sun every chance I get. Thank you.

Nate delivered and installed our Jotul 602B, and we’ve been delighted with this little stove. The install went smoothly and Nate paid attention to the small stuff too (e.g. not scratching the stove pipe and working smart so as to avoid making a mess). Nate patiently answered all my questions before leaving to ensure I was comfortable with the stove’s operation. Top-flight service - highly recommended!

We purchased a Jotul F 100 Nordic QT wood burning stove this past January from Friends of the Sun. Two months later this tiny stove has been continuously operating, and our furnace hasn’t run since! Kay and I are absolutely thrilled with our new stove, which takes only five minutes to restart in the morning! We spent a few weeks learning about stoves from Friends of the Sun – we must have visited their store 5-6 times and they were perfectly happy to spend as much time as we needed to feel comfortable with our purchase. They are extraordinarily knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all our questions. Not only was the purchase a wonderful experience, but the installation was equally as satisfying!
