Black Magic Chimney Sweeps has been providing us with excellent service for 3 years now. The process is flawless from scheduling to communication to payment. Nicole was our tech most recently and she is incredible. Knowledgable, polite and extremely patient when discussing any issues found. I will be requesting her every year.

In January this year, my dad's home suffered from a chimney fire that severely damaged the home and destroyed his main source of heat (woodstove). After starting the GoFundMe, Jenny from Black Magic Chimney Sweeps reached out to me via email with an offer that was almost surreal: a donation of a new gas stove for my dad's home. This offer alleviated the pressure to use the GoFundMe money for an expensive stove replacement so we could put that towards materials for the house repair. When the Black Magic Chimney Sweep team (Chris, Rob and Jake) came to the house, they were kind, respectful, and efficient. Robert and Jake delivered excellent service at our house. They cleaned and inspected the fireplace and chimney and answered all questions, and left the place spotless. The fire burned beautifully after they were done!

Jim Harkins was the first sweep and then Brian Shult took over and built his business on the premise of hard work and great customer service. We often hear great things about the two prior sweepers and have a huge debt of gratitude to them for forging the path for our great company in this Southern Vermont region.
