You only have one chance to make a first impression. Harris Plumbing & Heating nailed it. I had an urgent situation, not emergent (my well pump failed). It was treated as if it were until an assessment was made after they immediately answered their page on a Sunday morning. Once the situation was related by our plumber a plan was put in place for next day service. As instructed, Justin the office manager took all our info Monday morning. Matt with assistant arrived that day as assured. He was professional and informative. I recommend them highly. You're in good hands.

Plumbing and Heating. I was in a situation where the sale of my house was contingent upon a total service being done on my furnace. I couldn’t get my normal propane service to even respond to me. I had heard good things about Harris’ so I gave them a call, not expecting much because I am not a regular. Not only did they respond the same day I called them, I had an appointment within a week. The tech did a great job and discovered some parts that should be replaced in a year or so. I had them order the parts and my job was completed within another two weeks. I feels good dealing with a company that keeps their word and responds to their customers

I highly recommend Matt and his crew for all heating and plumbing needs. For emergency issues they arrive quickly and resolve the issue completely, I trust them to treat us fair and replace only what needs to replacing. We had an issue with our pressure tank and ultimately the well pump, he started with the pressure tank, the switch and when that didn’t initially resolve the issue he recommended looking at the pump. At another property, we were without water and he showed up the next day without ever having been to the property and resolved the issue in a couple of hours. I always know the job will be done right.

There is no one I’d rather see walk through the door during a heating or plumbing emergency - from frozen pipes to sluggish circulators to mysterious leaks, Harris consistently comes to the rescue. Matt’s team is experienced and knowledgeable, and they really take the time to understand and address the quirks of each building they are working on. We've had Harris complete everything from annual maintenance to replacing water heaters to just about every other kind of heating and plumbing improvement you can think of. Particularly in a crisis, we are very, very grateful to have Matt and his team on speed dial!
