He came to our house that day and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He contacted the manufacturer and confirmed that it was a defective control panel. I highly recommend Jamie Langlois! He worked on a complex renovation project for us awhile ago and did a great job. It involved bringing water out to add a bathroom, kitchen sink, and outdoor spout to an old barn. Today, he was my hero on a small but urgent job. After three weeks without a working refrigerator, a big box store “installation” team shut off our water and then refused to hook up the new refrigerator. So we had a fridge but no water in the house; not the relief I was looking forward to! Jamie came right over and hooked it up. He was very kind, quick, and had everything he needed in the truck. He gave us our options, made a recommendation, obtained the new equipment and finished the installation and testing in less than 10 days.
