Luther was prompt, professional, and very efficient in coming up to speed on our proposed project. He came highly recommended by our site contractor. We were having a lot of difficulty with another engineer, that we ended up dropping because we were getting nowhere. Luther developed a design that worked within the constraints of our site and our proposed dwelling placement, explained things very clearly, and was able to get everything filed and approved for us in about a month or so. We would definitely work with him again.

We called Luther early winter before we had too much snow (nervous we wouldn’t get the job done before spring) and he responded fast that he could get the job done before the ground froze. He was fast and thorough and we had our permits in hand a lot faster than anticipated. Luther was very pleasant to work with, very communicative and explained everything very well to keep us informed throughout the whole process. Highly recommend using Green Mountain Septic Design!
