Thank you, Chad and his lovely partner! I absolutely enjoy their Kefir so much. I simply love the taste, the creamy, tart, texture. This is the kind of quality you get when two people show compassion and love for their animals. To be raised and fed humanely, just like the rest of us deserve. I drink about 4oz to 8oz a day straight up. That's how like it. Nice and cold. First thing in the morning. It makes your stomach dance a jig or sing a psalm.. It makes me feel great and I know it comes from people who care. I have known Chad and Morgan for half a decade now and can say they are the most loving and responsible animal owners I have ever met. Every animal on their farm is treated with love and respect (all the goats have, and know, their names). The same level of care goes into their dairy. They have worked very hard to have healthy animals and products. They craft in small fresh batches which are delicious and healthful. If you are lucky enough to find Ice House Farm products on your co-op shelf or at a Farmer’s market, treat yourself, you won’t regret it!
