Great work, fast service, at a fair price. I’m in an old house and the bathroom sink stopper lift rod broke off inside the pipe. It turns out that the entire drain assembly had been Jerry-rigged AND glued together, and I had a basin of standing water with no access. The entire assembly had to be replaced, and Bob Fitzgerald did it quickly and professionally. He’s coming back to do the kitchen sink drain assembly, because it’s also Jerry-rigged and glued. Bob over at Fitzgerald plumbing went above and beyond to fix the emergency issue I was dealing with. My sump pump decided to shit the bed and with all this snow melt and warm weather my basement was filling up with water quickly. I called Bob and he was at my house in no time to fix the issue. Very professional and overall a great guy! I ran into an issue that was created by me and I reached out to Bob and he came to my house during after hours to help fix the problem that I created. I am very thankful for his service and my wife is already giving me a list of jobs for Fitzgerald to take on LOL. Called because I was concerned our water heater/heater went out in the middle of a cold snap. Called while he was on vacation, out going message to call his apprentice. Y'all this man called me back while on vacation to check and make sure everything was alright. He took time out of his personal time to walk me through the problem and gave me solid advice for the future. 5/5 if I need any help in the future this will be my first call!
