What an amazing experience!!! It was my first time going to a yoga class and after having back surgery I was so scared! The teacher Sarah was very welcoming and assured me I was in the right spot! The class flew by and I can not wait to go back next week!!
Thank you Jess for holding a safe space where I can laugh at myself, whilst breathing as if giving birth, and bending myself into crazy positions...it was the total brain reset I needed
Great yoga studio! The teachers are knowledgeable, fun, and inspiring. The classes are challenging yet lighthearted with plenty of opportunity to modify where needed. The studio is clean and cute and the classroom temperature is great. Friendly folks all around from the front desk staff to the clients. Highly recommend checking this place out!!
