“We can't say enough good things about the Crate Escape. We have been relying on them for boarding and day care for all three of our dogs for several years and they are excellent. They are reliable, caring, fun and truly care about the wellbeing of the dogs. Their attention to detail is remarkable. When one of our dogs' friends stopped attending day care on regular bases, they called us to tell us when he was scheduled to attend, so we can coordinate and bring her in as well. The dogs always come home happy and tired after attending their day care. Recently we boarded two of our dogs there for ten days. They ended up having a medical emergency and the owner stayed with them until late that night at the emergency vet while communicating with us all along. Then they continued taking care of them at the Crate Escape until we returned from our trip. Like I said, they genuinely care about the dogs and go above and beyond to ensure their well-being. It means so much to know that we have a reliable care for our dogs when traveling and that we have the peace of mind that they will be well-taken care of while we are gone. Everyone there is so kind and caring, we strongly recommend the Crate Escape.“

“I cannot say enough positive things about one Fetch the Leash! Trainer, Olivia, specifically. I signed DCI Luther up for an intense training package (3x per week + 30 min playtime before each training session). He was behind in learning manners and he was a 70 pound, overenthusiastic puppy! Olivia quickly became one of Luther’s favorite people in the WORLD. She so obviously has a passion for helping dogs to grow and has a sincere affection for them. Luther mastered ‘sit’ and ‘down’ quickly and started rapidly improving on the leash so I’m no longer being pulled down the street while walking and then dragged like a rag doll for a greeting when he sees another dog. The training focuses on positive reinforcement and it moves at the dog’s comfort level - mind you that means not always as quickly as fur parents may want. But when the pups learn something they REALLY learn it. The training isn’t just for the 4-legged. I was taught an alternative way to hold the leash and my arm/shoulder are grateful. The tips and tricks for distraction and redirection of behavior are INVALUABLE.We moved a lot when he was a puppy so he was under-socialized and it’s left him with a lot of quirks: He’s super sweet and naive and also a very aggressive greeter which is a bad combo since he doesn’t pick up on ‘leave me alone’ cues right away. He also has random fears: wheelchairs, strollers, flickering lights, etc. so there is still plenty to work through! We also still travel a lot but I’ll be getting Luther back into training with his bestie as soon as we get back to Burlington!“

Her attention to detail, structure and focus on creating canine good citizens and educated pet parents is by far the best in the area. We feel so safe bringing him here because of their level of care, consideration and high standards for the health of all the dogs.It’s clean and Kona is always happy. “Thank you for taking great care of Bailey while we were away! The pictures were of a happy dog. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because so much food and treat came back that was supposed to be given to her, but it apparently all worked out. “In terms of varieties of Guinea pigs, parakeets, geckos, fish, specialized pet foods and treats/ collars,etc., PetSmart is wonderful. I liked the knowledgeable PetSmart representative who fielded my questions about fish filters. I had the sense that he was an expert on fish. This store is huge ! It is beautifully organized and very clean. Staff members are variously busy with projects: cleaning cages, cuddling Guinea pigs, emptying litter box displays, and grooming pets. Their staff is professional and accommodating; and, returns are easy . The community is very fortunate to have a PetSmart here.“

Bring your cat here, but leave a financial buffer even when you are told a firm number.That's life though, great cat spot. Highly recommend,“
