Between me and my sister we have 4 dogs jojo,killer,lucky,vanilla, and this is the place we trust to make sure the health of our dogs is in tip top shape, the group that assisted me with Jojo for her last visit are so nice they did all the necessary tests to figure out what was happening to her. The doctor and her assistant were prompt in figuring out Jojos medical needs and took care of her in the nicest way you can ever ask for. Jojo is 100% relieved. Thank you again for taking care of our babies.

Dr. Miquel and her team were nothing short of amazing! For my first visit there with my chameleon they cared so much and were eager to help! Dr. Miquel is very intelligent and personable and made sure I understood what was going on and how to improve their condition. Their staff have continued to check in even after the visit to make sure they are doing better! While I was there I saw dogs, bearded dragons, my chameleon, and even a chicken! Well worth the drive from NY, I wish they were closer!

I had planned to bring my dog to be spayed tomorrow, I was told I would receive the quote ahead of time and had to call and ask for it today. In the office I was told 500-600, the quote I received was for over $1000. When I called to ask about the discrepancy, they stated it was because she was over a year old now. Her birthday was less than a month ago, and I planned her spay far before her birthday and was told by the staff to wait till this date. Seems like a money grab to me. Very disappointing. I was also still charged the fee even though this was a mistake on their end (not sending quote till less than 24hrs till and also having the quote be $500 more than was discussed.)

So disgusted and frustrated by this practice. We initially had good experiences with them but they’ve just changed their policy and refuse to authorize prescriptions digitally for Chewy.com because they have their preferred pharmacy. This is an unnecessary inconvenience and feels greedy on their part. Really disappointed and considering taking our pets to a different practice.

I have pet rats and I’ve had two of my girls seen here. Unfortunately due to age and circumstances both had to be put to sleep, (at different times). Both veterinarians that I saw here were absolutely fantastic. Dr Bradley for Belle and today I saw Dr Smets for Iris. They were knowledgeable, caring & were so fantastic with both of my girls. I knew that they were in the best possible hands- both times. I drive about an hour for them to be seen here and will continue to do so. I also need to mention I believe her name is Lee, I’m not sure of her exact position here- but she was present with the doctor for both of my appointments and was incredible, kind, & comforting to both myself and my girls- it’s fair to say I was a mess at both of my visits but these three people were wonderful & answered any questions and concerns that I had. I’m so grateful that my girls were not only with me but with such kind and compassionate humans during their final moments. & If you need a small animal, exotics, or just regular veterinarian I would absolutely recommend them to everybody.

truly the kindest, gentlest and most thoughtful vet group. My cat is not the easiest to manage at the vet, and despite that, they've taken care of her wonderfully. I'm a very invested cat mom who gets emotional at the vet, and they've always taken the time to patiently and calmly explain everything. It's extremely comforting to me to know that they take even the smallest concerns seriously and trust the insights of the pet parent, too. Very happy with the team here.

I highly recommend this practice. They are professional and easy to work with. The front desk is always polite, friendly and can schedule you within a reasonable time frame. The EVC nurse Alessandra is phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable and took her time with us even though they were quite busy that day. Overall great experience!

Recently I had the best veterinary experience in my 77 years . Our cat had broken the head of his femur Our old vet advised removing his leg. I was torn, upset, and truly uncomfortable about making that decision. Thankfully I scheduled a second opinion with Dr. Elizabeth . She was so caring and supportive. Her undeniable concern for JoJo and his extended life quality was apparent. After explaining the options and out comes we decided on a surgical procedure that spared his leg . I can't say enough about the care from start to finish! Everyone from front desk staf to the surgeon and support staff were A+. Thank you one and all for a happy, pain-free, and joyful four legged JoJo
