“This place is the best! When I moved to Vermont from Maine my dog got attacked and bit by another dog and Mt. Mansfield Animal Hospital got us in immediately. They were so kind and caring to both me and my dog. The attack was very traumatic for us and I did not handle it well, but the staff took such good care of my dog and helped to calm me down. Then a few months later when my dog got really sick, they again got us in the same day (they were busy but still let us come) as I was very concerned about the symptoms my dog was experiencing. The people here genuinely care about the pets that come in and take care them as those they are their own. They also do not over charge and try to keep the final bill as low as possible. I can't say enough nice things about this place and would give them 10 stars if I could!“

I liked the knowledgeable PetSmart representative who fielded my questions about fish filters. I had the sense that he was an expert on fish. This store is huge ! It is beautifully organized and very clean. Staff members are variously busy with projects: cleaning cages, cuddling Guinea pigs, emptying litter box displays, and grooming pets. Their staff is professional and accommodating; and, returns are easy . The community is very fortunate to have a PetSmart here.“
